As my university studies show one of my biggest interests is music. It has been a very important part of my life since my childhood: I have learnt to play the flute for 14 years but besides that I have tried to improve my guitar and piano playing skills at home. I have always seen children as perfect partners with who I could share all this and in many cases I realized how open-minded and enthusiastic they can be towards music or any other creative game or task. Being one of the "oldest" child in my family and having a little brother taught me a lot about how to find the common voice with children who are much younger than me. I have also participated in several summer camps as a group leader where I could see how inspiring and instructive coming up with ideas and creating something together with the children can be and how much I enjoy that. Furthermore I really like going to the theatre, writing, and studying different languages.
7-8 years ago when I visited one of my friends, she and her mother suddenly had to leave home so I stayed there with her little brother who was 5 years old then. Until today I remember how surprisingly well those few hours went by. It was a very joyful and interesting afternoon, even so that was the first time when I had to babysit a child who was not my family member.
